Return Conditions

Return  

If there is a problem with the products you purchased from our online store or if the products you purchased do not meet your needs, you can return them after delivery. The legal period specified for the return of products is 14 days from the date you receive the product. You can return the product you purchased with your invoice within 14 days from the delivery date, provided that it has not lost its resalable feature.  

  

The products you want to return will be examined and concluded quickly and accurately by our relevant team within the scope of the "Right of Withdrawal" in Article 8 and "Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be Exercised" in Article 9 of the "Distance Selling Contract". Your request will be evaluated. In order for your return to be accepted, it must comply with the conditions of "Right of Withdrawal" in Article 8 and "Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be Exercised" in Article 9 of the "Distance Selling Agreement" . ( see texttonext.com – Distance Selling Agreement). If the products you want to return comply with the conditions of the "Distance Selling Agreement", your refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used while shopping on our site within 10 days after we receive your return request.  

 

Return Conditions  

Your return must comply with the "Right of Withdrawal" in Article 8 and the "Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be Exercised" in Article 9 of the "Distance Selling Agreement ". ( see texttonext.com- Distance Selling Agreement)  

  • Legal Return Period and Conditions: The legal return period for products is 14 days from the delivery date. The products to be returned must be sent complete with all accessories and packaging materials and with the original invoice of the product. Returns without an invoice are not accepted.  
  • Return Conditions: You can return the products you purchased within 14 days, provided that you comply with the return conditions listed below. The products to be returned must be sent in their original packaging (the original packaging must be packaged or stretched so that it does not deteriorate, as products whose original packaging is damaged; products with a cargo label attached to the original box and taped with cargo duct tape will not be accepted), together with all accessories and packaging materials, and must be sent physically. It must be undamaged, unused and in a resalable condition. The product must be sent with its original invoice. Returns without an invoice are not accepted. (If your products were given to you as a gift, you can exchange the products with the delivery note, provided that the products are in accordance with the "Exchange Conditions and Period".)  
  • According to the Distance Selling Agreement, the following products cannot be returned:  
  1. a) Goods or services whose prices change depending on fluctuations in financial markets and are not under the control of the SELLER  
  2. b) Perishable, expiration and disposable goods.
  3. c) Goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery, except in cases where the product is defective or defective.

ç ) Goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature.  

  1. d) Books, digital content and computer consumables presented in physical form, if the protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal and package have been opened after the delivery of the goods.

  

Return Preparation Process    

You must fill in the information in the return section at the bottom of your invoice. Write the code of the product you want to return, the reason for your return and other requested information in the relevant sections. If there is insufficient space on the invoice, use the back of your invoice and be sure to put your invoice in the package you will send.  

  

Your refund request must first be made by Text To It is examined by the Next Returns Department, and if it meets the conditions stated above, the refund process is initiated.  

When the return is approved, the product fee will be refunded using the method you used to pay within 10 days, which is the legal period. This time Text To Next starts with receiving the product you returned.  

 

Return Shipping  

You can submit your return requests regarding the orders you have placed on our site within the legal period of 14 days. www.texttonext.com  You can make a return request by creating a refund request from the "My Orders" section in the "Member Login" tab. If your return request is successful, you can return the products you have purchased with Yurtiçi Kargo using the Cargo Return code provided by our Customer Services. In order to initiate the return process, the form under the e-invoice that comes with your package must be sent along with the return.      

Even if your return request is accepted, used, unpackaged or damaged products cannot be returned. If the products you return do not meet these conditions, the return approval will be canceled and your products will be sent to you via Yurtiçi Kargo, Buyer Paying.  

For shipments made to companies other than Yurtiçi Kargo, the payment must be covered by you, otherwise the shipment will not be received.  

In order for your shipment to be received by the cargo company, it must be packaged to be transported safely.  


 

Order Cancellation    

After you place your order, you can cancel it within the same calendar day. For this, you can call 0216 606 14 15, contact our Customer Representative and request order cancellation. Afterwards, if your order is eligible for cancellation, it will be canceled by our representative. In order for the order to be eligible for cancellation, your order must not have started to be collected by our warehouse. Cancellation cannot be made after the collection process of the products you ordered has started, but refunds will be made if you do not receive the order brought by Cargo or if you complete the RETURN Procedure by receiving it.  

Your refund will be made within 24 hours when your order status appears as Canceled. Although the reflection on your card may vary from bank to bank, it takes place within a few days and you can track it in detail from your bank.
